Mediation

law5Mediation is a structured practice of communication aimed to the reconciliation of interests of parties in dispute by means of a set of help instruments in order that they reach a satisfactory end of the conflict with solutions that are not  imposed  from outside.

Main aspects of Mediation:

  • Agreements that are reached through Mediation on matters under civil law, family law or commercial law are legally enforceable.
  • Mediation is always a voluntary procedure.
  • Mediation saves costs of litigation and shortens the duration substantially in most cases.
  • Mediation can be used not only before a judicial claim is started but also while the procedure is open, putting an end to such procedure.
